Every system on the property. Mechanical, energy, envelope, structure and site, each with its age against how long it should last, what is due next, and a capital outlook in plain numbers.
Built from your own paperwork. Invoices, permits and warranties, including the roofing and renovation ones. Anything you add yourself is marked as stated by you rather than read off a document.
At least one document has to land. A system on the record needs an invoice, a permit or a warranty behind it. Reading is automated and nobody reviews a report before you see it. If a file cannot be read we name that file and say why, and a clearer scan of the same paper usually does it.
It does not expire, and it is not an inspection. The report stays readable in your account for as long as you want it, whether or not you ever pay us, and you can delete it. Nobody attends the property.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. The membership renews yearly and can be cancelled anytime to stop future renewals, with access through the end of your paid term. Reports are built only from the documents you provide and are for information only, not a physical inspection. Nothing here is a quote, warranty, or guarantee of condition.
